One phone call to explain that are storage was not working, next day phone call from James to arrange a visit, when he arrived he was very polite and professional, in fact in this day and age he was a breathe of fresh air, we are considering buying and have fitted three more , James is very valuable asset to this company

James was very responsive and managed to fix my boiler which had multiple issues in just one day. Very professional, great service!

Called Francesca at the Elnur office this morning seeking help desperately for what I thought was a leak in my Gabarron MAC15c. After paying, their engineer, James Britton called in the afternoon wanting to know if he could to have a look at my unit. In an hour he was over and I was sorted within that hour. I am very happy with the quick response and manner in which the service was rendered. I am back on the block and most grateful. Keep it up guys and wishing you a big thank you.

The engineer's knowledge of the boiler. Had a slow leak for months, a regular electrician was stuck. No-one wanted to come out to a combi electric boiler, they appear to be too new in the market place, I ended up contacting the manufacturer to recommended icozi. Brilliant. Within 3 days was here, knew exactly what to look for, and price wise, extremely reasonable. Will always use them now☺️

Steve was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he explained everything he was doing throughout the repair. He took the time to explain an invoice I had from another boiler company and even recommended ways we could save water in other areas of our home. He went above and beyond and we are so so grateful for all his help.

Thank you so much Rogan.. My Elnur Gabarron Mac 15C boiler was discharging water from the discharge pipe outside when the hot water was heating up to 60 doing it's legionella protection. Rogan noticed it was continuing..he fitted a p and t valve and it is working brilliantly... Rogan has done an excellent job and I would recommend him and Icozi 100%...

We had a bad leak in our showroom boiler which blew the control panel. The engineer who came to us ( Rogan ) was professionally, helpful and quickly fixed the problem for the fixed cost we had agreed. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous service from start to finish - James has been looking after our boiler for almost 2 years now. Professional, friendly and a very tidy worker. Time keeping and communication are exemplary-We live on a new estate and iCOZi helped with arranging service for all the properties so that James is able to work around the estate on the same day. We operate a number of Elnur boilers, and while breakdowns are rare, when they happen it is a major problem. We had a boiler failure recently and David came out to fix it. He was prompt, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Although he had to return with parts to finally fix the boiler he was invariably polite, returned as quickly as he was able, and kept us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend him.

Having recently moved to an Edwardian property with no gas supply we were faced with fairly hefty heating bills over the winter. We are now up and running with our Elnur Gabarron smart storage heaters and have seen a huge difference in our energy consumption already. Our house is now toasty warm and at a fraction of the previous cost. James from iCozi was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure we were set up to get the most of our heaters. We cannot thank him enough. I would not hesitate to recommend the iCOZi team, or Elnur Gabarron smart storage heaters as an efficient electric heating solution. After such a positive experience we are now hoping to upgrade the last few rooms to these heaters in the near future.

I had 6 Elnur solar HHR storage heaters fitted in December 23. Firstly the service from Icozi was superb.  David Johnson was my contact from the start, he visited on several occasions and was very knowledgeable, totally honest and very personable. He organised for me to talk directly with Elnur Technical regarding a couple of questions he felt they would answer better than himself and also arranged for me to speak to other people who had had these heaters installed.  The install took a day and the electricians were very good. I am a bit of a perfectionist and can say they were installed very well with no mess, a very professional service. David also turned up to advise them during the install and check everything was fine. The bricks arrived by special courier, separate to the heaters which were brought on the day by the electricians - this is due to the very heavy weight. The bricks were palletised, wrapped but wet and this was discussed with Elnur who said there would not be a problem and this was the case. The HHR solar heaters are quite advanced, can use solar PV to charge them, wi-fi connected, monitor temperature conditions and usage to adjust their charge. My area of expertise is electronics and I had a number of technical questions. David organised for Elnur Technical support to discuss certain advanced settings the following day and I can honestly say Elnur Technical Support was superb in their help and advice.  Elnur Technical Support can be invited to view the heaters online and see how they are working. They certainly are much more efficient than my 30 year old Dimplex heaters. However at this time it is too early to compare the energy use of them with the older heaters. They do store the heat more efficiently as they are not very hot to touch early in the morning and during the day the fans blow the heat from the core when needed. Concerns: (1) my wife says she can hear the fans when they operate, they are 'hamster cage' design and to be honest they are very, very quiet. (2) The instructions for the app could be better. Elnur agrees with this and hopes to make improvements. Saying that the telephone and email support they have given has been superb answering the simplest and more complicated questions efficiently and promptly. David from Icozi has contacted me on several occasions since the install to check everything is OK which I think is excellent.

Heater failed after 4 years. Contacted iCIZi and had excellent response. Was told an engineer would come and either repair or replace. Engineer Steve came within a few days and new heater installed. Excellent service

Steven was really polite and friendly. Sorted everything and was able to offer helpful advice
