This is a good company, you can tell from the interactions and service offered. If they can improve a bit in the manner in which they service customers, that will make it truly world class. One example from a recent order is this: Ordered some wipers and Valvoline oil. 1 business day after the order, I received a call that the oil was not in stock (this is great service and very happy with it). However, when I said "no problem, either ship what you can now and the oil when in stock or ship it all when the oil is in stock" I was told "NO, we cannot do that." If this had been some crazy rare hard to get part, I would understand. But, this is Valvoline Oil. It will most certainly be in stock somewhere within a short amount of time. It is available at every auto parts store in the US after all! I was forced into opting for a more expense oil rather than wait for what I really wanted. I owned and ran an autoparts business for 15 years, it is not uncommon to hold an order for an out of stock item. It is a small step to up the customer service to an even higher level.

When I order parts, i expect for all of them to come at the same time. If you are going to be sending a partial shipment because you don;t have all of the parts in stock I would like to know so that I won't be guessing as to when the other parts are going to arrive. I received 2 of the three items on Wednesday and was told when i inquired that the other part, a cabin air filter, was being shipped from another location and would arrive later that day or the the next business day. Today is Friday and still no part.

Hello, and thank you for this time because I have been waiting for this, I am 62 years old worked on cars most of my life and learned a few things, I was searching around different sites looking for a left door mirror switch for my 2000 VW beetle, it has 77,000 miles and I love this car, his name is Mr. Bugger, ye i know im nuts but this litte guy is in good running condition, thanks to me, anyway all other sites were double the price, the dealership was out of the ball park, I was getting tired of looking until i don't know what happened but there it was in front of me the door switch and the most reasonable price, couldn,t believe it , don't know why but i was having a difficult time opening a account, so i called and Allan answered the phone, we talked as if i had known him for years, i just wanted basic shipping, no hurry, the usual 4/5 days was ok, bullshit, 2 days later i just pulled into the driveway, after coming home from work, the ups truck pulls up and this guy says are you the owner of this house, I said thank you looked at the package and said no way, it was my window switch, took about a 1/2 hour for install and everything is back to norm, maybe good karma finally came around, there you are believe it or not, so therefore ,if and when i need anything for Mr. B, Oscaro hands down has my business, Thank You Rigo V Navarro
