United Kingdom | 05 October 2020Initially a very good service when setting up...but have not solved an issue with my router location being in Germany for a month and a half meaning I cannot access BBC IPlayer or Sky TV on demand services. Technical team said this may take 4 weeks and it has been well over that. Problems have persisted and my request for a refund or discount was completely ignored. Very disappointing!

United Kingdom | 18 September 2020Unfortunately we would not recommend Breeztel. Very slow broadband. Technical team seem to have little knowledge on fixing the issues. Received a very rude and unhelpful email from management suggesting I should leave and source my internet elsewhere. *I can confirm we did not misunderstand. We have not re installed any device. I phoned yesterday for help and was told would be called back as he didn’t know how to fix the problem...I am still waiting for that phone call.

United Kingdom | 06 July 2020Took several days to have the problem solved. Well, I did it myself as I was sent a new router, so I followed the attached instructions. For 5 days, we were without internet connection, so we were not able to use Breeztel... any consideration for a discount?

United Kingdom | 05 May 2020If I could rate lower I would. Worst customer service I have ever come across, absolutely no communication skills amongst the team what so ever. Had on going issues right from the start with false activation dates, false information on technical issues and still got charged for the service when they hadn’t even activated our internet. No refunds or anything even though we were in the right. Then was told to go to the complaints team by a senior member of staff but he said it would be pointless as the complaints just go to him anyway. Absolute shambles of a company.

United Kingdom | 16 April 2020By far the worst internet provider I had in uk so far. Join them and it cant get worse. Low speeds, loss of connectivity at least 10 times a day. Does not worth the money. Worst part is that im located in a building that I dont have any other choice apart from them

Collected router from local Post Office and contacted technical help to get sorted and Jamie was very helpful in getting it set up.

They sent us a wrong router and have called them and email them several times and ever time we are told some one should get back to us in 48 hours. Those 48 hours never come. Sick and tired of the rubbish service. Waiting for the 12 months to finish so I can cancel and go somewhere else. Please avoid using this company if possible. The reply to the review was quick. The email u attached is the email from first communication. After that we did contact you numerous times and over the phone that the router is not working properly please send us the correct one. And no one did. The speed is rubbish we pay for 60mb but hardly getting 13mb or sometimes nothing..

Breeztel was good to it’s words and I received my free router on time and got connected within 48 hours. The technical support people are super. They took their time to assist me connect my router and answered my queries in a nice customer ship manner. The internet’s speed is also good. Nice Company, I’m happy. Thankyou Joe

United Kingdom | 23 January 2020Internet has been down for several days and cannot get hold of anyone to come and fix it, worst company ever! One of their numbers doesn't work at all the other I found says someone will answer shortly then says no one is available considering their office hours are until 7pm its says to leave a message, then says their voice mail box is full, seems like their happy to take your money but there after do not want to be contacted. I would take your money else where if I was you and want to be able to use what your paying for. They will not be receiving anymore payments from us as internet cannot be used and dosent look as if it will be fixed any time soon!!!!
