The basin I purchased was fine but not suitable so I returned it. That's when the problems began. This company has caused me to be ill with all the stress they caused and all I would say is to make sure you read the small print.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The staff are very helpful and prompt to answer the phone. When they say they are going to ring you back they do. I ordered a bathroom basin which looks stunning and to get such good service all the way from ordering to delivery was an absolute delight

Fantastic company. It's always a concern when ordering online, especiallynwhen ordering a big item like a bathtub, however I needn't have worried. Soakology' customer service is fantastic, I had made a mistake with regards to a delivery date and this was rectified promptly by Soakology. The bath arrived well packaged and and I was updated throughout as to when it would arrive. I used the online chat service as well as contacting them via email and I always received a prompt response. Will definitely be using them again.

I was a little dubious ordering something from Soakology as there were not many reviews on this website. However all has been fine. I bought a Clearwater basin with stand. Delivered same week and for a good price. They did give me a call to confirm my order and said someone will call me an hour before my delivery. My only slight niggle is that no one did call me an hour before and therefore my basin was left with my next door neighbour. I am good friends with mine so was not a problem but my order was over £400 so would be concerned if it had been left with someone I did not know. With this in mind I would ensure you're at home when delivered if it's of value.

We have ordered a bathroom sink and its wall hung unit from Soakology and we had nothing but positive experience with this company. The unit was as described and true to photos on their website. We were able to choose a delivery date and were informed throughout about delivery time.

Terrible company. I wouldn't use again. While they happily send you confirmations etc they cannot confirm at all what time you will receive the goods - not good when you are spending THOUSANDS and further the delivery man is hamster size and dumps the very heavy goods at just before 6pm (when you have waited all day and the builders have clearly gone home!) outside your house in the rain.... unbelievable. A disgrace - don't USE...... As to their comment that they told me the driver would be with me between 2 and 6pm - I called at 2pm! having waited in all day that day. This shouldn't be a superior service, this should be a basic service. I just ordered some heavy radiators from another company, Mr Central Heating, lovely driver, carried all the goods inside as standard. I know for a fact that bathroom supplies make huge margins. When you are spending over £1000 on a single unit, it should be carried inside not dumped outside in the rain.

Amazing! I ordered a loo and they jumped through hoops to get it to me in time for a build. Then this morning I discovered that Bella Bathrooms had promised to deliver a bath yesterday that isn't in stock for a month!. The plumber is here and ready to install. Grrr. So I abandoned Bella Bathrooms and chatted to Leonie at Soakology via their very good online message system and she found me a great bath (well I hope it is, it looks good) for a good price and arranged to have delivered on Friday. A really impressive, helpful service from nice people. Thank you. I am less fraught and much less grumpy than I was at the start of today. Would highly recommend Soakology. Well done Leonie.

We spent £2,100 on a bathroom suite with Soakology. My builder and I were advised by them, on the speaker-phone, to buy a right-hand bath for our right hand corner, when, in fact, we needed a left-hand one. Soakology subsequently said if they had advised us to order the wrong bath, it would of been based on the information we gave to the sales rep and how she interpreted this. I suggested they listened to the tape to proove it was not our fault but was informed they don't tape calls so there was no way to definitively ascertain liability. We agreed to pay half their collection and delivery costs (£84.60) as we urgently needed that particular bath. On the thursday of delivery, we were promised the new bath the following Monday, then Tuesday and it finally arrived on Wednesday, 6 days after the original delivery so it significantly held up our works. We had paid £20 for a morning delivery originally but it arrived at 3pm, which I assume is the courier service's fault. Soakology refunded the £20 delivery charge a week later. The experience was really upsetting and frustrating at the time but I'm over it now and the quality of the Burlington suite is very nice indeed!

Ordered two Burlington items, late evening. Received phone call the following morning from a pleasant lady to confirm my order and discuss a convenient delivery day. Items delivered early the following day, both in good condition.

Amended review. Was charged £72 for the return of shower enclosure (I have ordered the wrong size). Placed two other orders which I was pleased about. Buy only if you are absolutely sure. It should not be that expensive to return an item (even large and fragile) after spending over a thousand pounds. Apart from that the service is very good. This is my honest opinion.

I never usually take the time to write a review but I am so impressed with the service I've received from Soakology that I wanted to say a big thank you! I'm quite weary about using online stores because of all the horror stories you hear. We ordered via the website a bath and bath feet on the evening of 15/05 and received our order on 17/05 - super fast delivery service!! We decided once we'd received the bath that we'd like to have the larger version of it so contacted your customer service on 18/05 - the most helpful and friendly customer service I've ever rung, the phone gets answered within a minute of dialing, not the usual 10-20 minutes with most other places and they're so helpful and polite on the other end. They sorted it all out for us, we paid the extra over the phone and got told that someone would be with us the next day to collect the unwanted bath and deliver our new one. So within the space of 4 days we'd ordered our bath, returned our bath and received a new one. Can't fault it at all! The bath looks lovely, I can't wait to see it once it's been installed. Friendly delivery drivers too. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new bathroom :)

I ordered a Carronite bath and panel from Soakology who came up with the best online price. They kept me informed every step of the way and when I had a problem with the delivery (not Soakologys fault) they couldn't have been more help. I would highly recommend this company. It is not often these days that you find such excellent customer service. Do not hesitate and order from them with confidence.
