These guys were ace - would use again!

Ordered 1700 x 800 bath and panel. Good price, not sure about the rest. 3-5 working days delivery. Called them on third day to get update on delivery. Their warehouse staff were asleep. Apparently my order was on hold because no one at the warehouse had opened a pack of panels and we were waiting for them to do that! I called on the fourth day, still no update so I got a little angry and they delivered everything on the fifth day. Not quite everything though, the bath legs were missing. Not sure if it's their fault or the delivery man's, but Soakology staff were very friendly and helpful when I called them. Getting legs today but work has been delayed for a couple of days. Would I go back to them? Yes, purely on the fact that their customer service after sale is great. Quality of the product looks ok, I'm no bath expert.

Ordered some bathroom products from their own brand. Spoke to them on the phone and got good service - everything arrived on time and I was pleased with the stuff - good experience so 5 stars!

I ordered the soakology shower enclosure. The photograph on the website looked identical to a brand named item (Tavistock) so I was worried about what would actually arrive. In the end, the product was a Tavistock enclosure! Cheaper than any other website I found for this item. I initially thought this was a "return" or a "seconds" but having spoken to them, they advise that they sell Tavistock enclosures under their own brand-name. The box was unblemished and after a thorough inspection, the only minor fault I could find was that the rollers had some fingerprints on them. Note that soakology seems to be a sister website to Total Bathrooms (based in Bath). The total bathrooms website says they are official Tavistock seconds/returns suppliers. Anyway, I'm happy overall and the item is of good quality. Delivery was good, and on the specified date, although not next working day (as it says on their website). A minor issue was that soakology confused the pick-up and delivery address on the invoice so the pallet delivery company thought they were picking something up from my address (no harm done in the end). [Edit]: I've ordered another item from soakology and was very pleased with their customer service as they re-arranged delivery to a date that suited me without any fuss. I've changed my rating from 4/5 to 5/5.
