Our phone conversation was very friendly, informative and professional. I was advised properly through the questions they had for the purpose of my intent of use of our new to us free club car golf cart. I was advised to get the most recommended plug and play replacement parts to make the cart run better than it was with the old resistor board and V glide speed controller. The items came earlier than expected with the complete cable interphase connections to the various parts needed to make the cart run again. Every single cable was labelled properly and also came with a very understandable basic electronic diagram of how they are all connected with color codes for each wire. This plug and play is very exciting and if you follow all the connections according to the diagram, you can never go wrong. My autistic son managed to "connect the dots" shall we say in helping me put these all together. If he can do this, I'm absolutely sure you can do this. Definitely recommend these company when the time comes you need to upgrade your golf cart.

Cyrstal did an amazing job with my orders. Probably the best sales person I have dealt with in a long time. The only snafu I have is she ordered 4 sets of bushings with my shocks. The shocks came with bushings. Now I have $32 worth of bushings I don’t need. I will continue to use e-carts because of the service. Someone in the warehouse filling the order should have realized this.

I wish your "has shipped" emails would include a tracking number. Otherwise, you do ship things out fairly fast, which is nice.
