Why put a parts stickers on the product? You have to take off the sticker that only partially comes off. Then you have to remove the pieces that didn't come off with along with sticky mess left behind. Then you have to rub it down with a cleaner to get the rest of the sticky stuff off. Dont inconvenience the customer when you can find another way to "sticker" your products.

 Hi, I ordered 2 tires in June, they arrived quickly and looked great. I had to use a local golf cart shop to mount them on the cart. Already the tread is bald down the middle and they need to be replaced. The local shop blames the quality of the tires but the seller thinks they had been filled with too much air. The seller is in no way affiliated with the installer. The seller was very nice and responsive. They are a small family run business and seemed genuinely concerned. Refreshing these days!! Thank you! I ordered a roof basket which arrived fairly quickly. Unfortunately it was damaged in shipping (FedEx Ground). The box was torn and a top rail dented. This is a roof rack, so I expect it to get scratched/dented through use, but I wanted to put the dents in it my self. I reached out to customer support and they got back with me quickly and we agreed to a fix. My major concern was with the complete lack of over-boxing. An additional box of heaver cardboard with, perhaps, some Styrofoam could have prevented the issue. In summary: Customer Service is awesome Shipping needs to loon into over-boxing. John Gillaspy
