During my summer holidays, I lost one earring (a present from my daughter who at that time was working as an intern in Harare). Last week, I went to your stunning London shop to see if I could purchase only one earring. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I left the shop with my purchase nicely wrapped up and in a super good mood! Thank you!

Having been into the shop numerous times and loving the whole experience, I made another purchase on line. Easy to process, pay and it arrived super quick with e mail notifications along the way. Beautifully wrapped with attention to detail as usual. The item in question given as a Birthday gift on the 6th December, recipient absolutely delighted and awed.

This is the most beautiful jewellery I own (and I own quite a lot of it!) I wear it all the time and it is always admired by friends and family who have 'copied' my purchases. I am passionate about elephants and have much of the Zozo range and am collecting the Ben one too. I love visiting the store in London (I have also been to the one in Harare) where I always feel welcome and am looked after by helpful and friendly staff. They have the nicest lavatory in London!
