I bought a zozo elephant necklace for my daughter's birthday. She is delighted with it. I spoke to a member of the team and the service was excellent and it arrived very quickly and beautifully wrapped. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 simply because the necklace comes loose in a pouch and it was so tangled it took a lot of fiddling and a good 20 minutes using a small pin to detangle it. Perhaps the packaging could be adjusted to avoid this? Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.

We have been to the studio outside Harare and have 2 bracelets that I got there. This was the first time to the London store and every one was very friendly and helpful. I got an elephant bracelet. The store is gorgeous- the bathroom- wow- I want it!
