Sessions push you to dig a bit deeper each time, always high energy, such a great welcoming and encouraging vibe from everyone. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend :)

United Kingdom | 20 April 2022Great vibe and experience, knowledgeable instructors with varied exercises each sesson. I would recommend to family and friends. The only small thing that I have struggled with is the abbreviations and explanation of exercises. The last time I did boot camp style workouts was years ago and trying to remember what each of them were was awkward. I followed what every one else was doing. This is a great experience and good value for money.

Only intended to go 1-2 times a week but hate missing any of the 3 sessions now. Being outdoors is a real bonus. It’s been a real life changer.

I am over 50 now and even though I was always fairly active, I am without question in the best shape of my life with greatest fitness I have ever had. 100% recommended to EVERYONE, whatever your fitness, you will benefit and have a laugh while doing it!

United Kingdom | 21 March 2022I am quite (very!) lazy and my mate has been trying to get me to join the gym for years. - Never happened. Boot camp is perfect for me. It’s like having your own personal trainer without feeling self conscious. Really friendly instructor Charley who made me feel very welcome and told me I was doing great. Really friendly mix of people who talk to me every time after meeting me. A lot of different exercises every time so never boring. There is nothing to worry about there will be an easier way to do the exercise which Charley will show you while you are learning. I always feel great afterwards. I tried the 10 sessions for £10 but after 3 sessions I was hooked so I joined up and they gave me 7 weeks free! I am old, weak and overweight so if I can do it anyone can - I would 100% recommend this.
