No nonsense exercise at your own pace. Friendly helpful trainers. Attended by friendly people of all exercise capabilities. Never feel intimidated.

Was very nervous to start with as i go on my own , massively out of my comfort zone, but every member has been really friendly and never felt left out and work as a team .

Highly recommended. Each training session is different and well thought out. The two trainers (Beth and Gavin) are really friendly and encouraging. It is clear that every member enjoys going even if the training sessions are challenging. So glad I joined BCUK.

Great first few sessions using the 10 for £10. Myself and 2 friends have now joined to get 8 weeks free membership. Still will be good value with 3 intense (but achievable) sessions each week available. Nice community aspect building within the group and it’s well run/communicated by Alin from Bournemouth with instructors who push your ability but not in an uncomfortable way. It’s actually a really good laugh! Looking forward to getting fit, strong and making new friends :)

I join up to bootcamp in January on a trail and sign up and enjoyed it so much, the instructor is good and we have a good variety of different things to do weekly

My main concern going to boot camp was my general level of fitness would be too low and I would be embarrassed. I found the training excellently planned at all the tester sessions I attended on the 10-for£10 plan, the instructors managing the balance between pushing you and knowing when you needed rest and the other participants very welcoming. I am still definitely the slowest but already seeing my fitness improve and not feeling bad about it.

Really welcoming instructor and group of people which has really helped made me feel at ease. Really enjoy the classes and variety included. If I can't do something there's always an alternative and there's no pressure. It would be amazing if there could be another nearer to me but I'm enjoying so much I'll continue to travel until fingers crossed one starts up nearby!

Bootcamp is amazing! I’m fairly new to it but I absolutely love it. The instructors are lovely and make the sessions very fun. The varied exercises keep it interesting, something different every session. I’m definitely toning and seeing a positive body change, also it’s so good for your well-being mentally. Being in groups is fun as it’s interactive even though you’re also working on your own. I’m now a member of boot camp and I can’t recommend it enough!

Have been going to Bootcamp UK for a few weeks now and have just signed up for a monthly contract. Really enjoy the variety of sessions and how they are delivered by the staff. Looking forward to the warmer weather but there is no opportunity to get cold during the 60 minute session!

Brilliant! Motivating, very welcoming, great ideas, fantastic workouts and a good team spirit. Everyone is very friendly and John is a brilliant supportive instructor; he manages to help all of us, even when there is a large group. Thank you!

Highly recommend BCUK! When first joining I wasn't sure what to expect, as soon as I arrived I was immediately put at ease because everyone is so friendly. You are encouraged to go at your own pace and rest if needed, all the classes are new and different. I now look forward to each session.

Like most people I was nervous about starting and wasn’t sure if boot camp was for me. However, John and everyone else taking part are so welcoming. I look forward to Mondays and Wednesdays and come away smiling and with that “I’ve definitely worked out pain”.

I won't lie, I nearly wimped out of going as the thought of not being able to keep up with everybody was very daunting. However, i was encouraged to go at my own pace and i had so much positive encouragement! I left feeling very accomplished and can not wait to go back next week! Would really recommend joining! I can already tell this is going to change my life.

Hard work but great fun! Good atmosphere (even when pouring with rain or ice cold!), exercises adapted on the spot if there are any you are unable to do and you can go at your own pace. If you are looking for a fitness challenge then this is a good one!
