United Kingdom | 19 December 2022Can someone please tell me why the Pitch fees are so different on other parks? we have 2 other Royal life parks within 3 miles from us that only pay around £3000 per year! but ours, from the 1January are going up to £5486.25, why?? we have only lived here 20 months and these has now gone up 2 times in that time.. There never answer their phone, and cant tell me why this site is more than the rest!

United Kingdom | 07 December 2022The place has been a constant mess, here in Bordon Hampshire,with power cuts ,sewage problems ,street lights not working and now they expect an increase in pitch fee, right cheek,should be a reduction.

Meaning no heating, no hot water, no gass. My partner was freezing the whole day while I was working. Not good I wouldn't recommend anyone

Nothing is too much trouble, Lisa Georgia cherry have been so helpful. Also have to mention Lenny an terry who have also helped us move in smoothly. It was nice to be welcomed by many residents here.

United Kingdom | 30 September 2022Has anyone else tried to resell their homes, trying to establish a sales percentage on second hand sales, we don’t seem to have a good record here, how many have sold and made even , how many have lost money I won’t ask whose made money 😂 , feedback from viewings at castle view has been the scruffy entrance no branding of royal life ,walls and gates were promised since told not going to happen, we’ve dropped price significantly still not having any luck any tips out there escaping the hell home supposed to call home , it’s sad to see how many unhappy people are not living the life they were promised and expected Customer care please don’t reply never helpful

United Kingdom | 29 August 2022Where to start is the question from not being permitted to improve the plot without 5 million pounds public liability insurance to nothing promised being done then on top of that 24 hour security that ends at 3am every day so leaving the site open to anything nonexistent security gates not to mention the planning permission for the pool we were supposed to have being withdrawn by Royal life themselves an utter cowboy outfit with zero consideration for the people paying for plots hi ho silver awaaaayyyy if you value your sanity avoid them completely then will promise the earth and deliver the worms 🪱 UPDATE YET ANOTHER COMPANY FLAGGING A 100% HONEST EVALUATION OF THEIR SITE IN MILFORD ON SEA EXTREMELY DISHONEST WAY OF STOPPING HONEST REVIEWS BEING SEEN PLEASE TRUSTPILOT STOP SIDING WITH DISHONEST COMPANIES

Absolutely no care for the safety of residents, constant lies and false promises of work being not (but never carried out) and never reply to emails or phone calls. Once they have your money they are never to be heard from again! Avoid at all costs!

Told to contact customer care, did this on more than one occasion and got no response. Wondered what site you were on and hope things settle down for you soon.

United Kingdom | 08 April 2022RoyaleLife seem to have forgotten that they own Medina Park. Upkeep of the Park is virtually non-existent. Fences need replacing, grass will need regular cutting in the not too distant future, albeit Steve the maintenance man cut an area of grass to the rear of the office using a small hand lawn mower. There appears to be no equipment to be used for the maintenace of the Park. Because of the promotion given by Jane MacDonald for other parks I hoped the Park would be brought up to a reasonable standard, However this seems not to be the case. When can the residents of Medina Park start to see some iimprovement in the general care of where they live and not see it deteriorate any futher. It is disappointing and upsetting to think that the home that you purchased is on a site that is not adequately maintained and looked after.

United Kingdom | 19 March 2022By far the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Such a shame because I was really excited about moving into a Royale Life home. Everything seemed so perfect but went downhill soon after. The list is endless but broken promises and poorly maintained sites are high on the list. Then there's the way they treat the people who buy their homes which deserves a section on its own. I have NEVER encountered a company with such appalling customer relationship skills. Literally every interaction staff/managers have with us is in combat mode. Rather than talk to you as a valued customer who might have just spent £250.000 to £300.000 on a new home they treat you like you're serving a prison sentence and you should shut up and do as your told. I wish I'd done my research but I hope this review serves as a reminder for you to do yours. I do not know anyone on our development who thinks Royale are a decent company so look beyond the glossy brochures and adverts featuring Jane McDonald. There's a lot to be done to stop the rot. 73% of reviews with just one star isn't great for a company that claims "Our customers are at the heart of what we do, our focus is on delivering the highest levels of service". Nothing could be further from the truth so far as our experience goes. If I could turn back time I'd have avoided Royale Life like the plague.

United Kingdom | 01 February 2022Royale Dunton Court, Brentwood Essex fed up being lied too road repairs urgently needed, driveways, for people, (like ourselves who are registered disabled), not done, staff treated like s..t turnover of staff, no information from office staff regarding site safety street lights need looking and some don’t work. We have lived on this site for 8 years 3 of those years under Royale life. We need better contact information on what’s happening and what will happen to this once lovely place to live. Mick Bennett annoyed resident like many others here
