United Kingdom | 15 December 2021I live in Medina Park (Isle of Wight), which is an idyllic setting by the river, surrounded by woodland and farmland, and full of wildlife. We have a rule here on the site that NO-ONE is permitted to interfere with the wild flora and fauna on this site. That applies to residents and the owners, but Royale Life seem to be acting like our awful government right now - it's one rule for us and another for them. First of all they were threatening to call in pest control to deal with the rats (not because they were invading homes, but because some of the residents 'don't like the look of them'). As I said above, we live by a river, surrounded by woodland and farmland, this is where rats live. This is their home - we are the intruders. Today I saw a pest controller putting down mole traps (kill traps) because some unwary resident MIGHT hurt themselves tripping over the hills and holes. Perhaps the residents should try looking where they are going? If I broke the site rules I would be in trouble, but Royale Life can break the rules whenever it suits them it seems!

United Kingdom | 02 November 2021Went to see a *luxury* home (static caravan) at silver mists on Hurn Road in Hampshire, the forgot to mention the noise! your about 50 feet from the A31, very close to a banger racing track, and the cherry on top is the airport just over the trees, cheap property being marketed as some kind of luxury (compared to what?)

United Kingdom | 05 July 2021RoyaleLife has a nerve to advertise it's new and well maintained sites, when its Isle of Wight site, on which I live, is in dire need of maintenance. Other than cutting the grass, our communal areas are totally neglected - hedges not cut (brambles protruding far into the road), interior kerbsides not weeded (unless by individual owners outside their own homes), car park drains not cleared (unless by concerned owners), benches broken and unsafe, perimeter fence old and wonky. A shame considering the idyllic setting of the site, which has beautiful views of the countryside and Medina Estuary.
