Purchased an order over £100 and the colour wasn't what I was expecting. Fair enough the order was placed a few months ago but I wasn't expecting to send these back and get a refund. All I wanted was to exchange for another colour. Seen as they still stock the items I have and the items I want to exchange them for. I really don't see the issue? I would've sent the order back for them to inspect and they would see it's completely unused and still sealed in the packaging. Really bad customer service

I placed an order and never received it. As per Dickie, the carrier claims they left a note when I wasn't home for the delivery, but I never received any note. Worse, Dickie refuses to take responsibility. First email with them they ask if I received it, I said (for the 2nd time just like I aid in the initial email) no, I didn't get the products or the note. They respond by asking me again if I got the product or the note left by the carrier, reiterating that they tried to deliver it and left instructions (which by the way was weeks ago at this point). WTH?! You'd think THEY would reach out to the carrier on my behalf but no. This company is terrible and I doubt I'll ever get my money or the product.

Really really good quality of tie.. and I've personally found that it doesn't seem to be to long or too short when I tie it. I know that sounds insane there all the same length but its just how I've found it My only complaint is that I didn't really receive much communication about when my order was dispatched or delivered

Ordered on the 29th of November and paid for next day delivery, which was almost as much as the bow tie itself! We are now in the 5th of December and still no sign of it. No tracking information even though it said on the 30th that it had been dispatched. I have emailed and used the contact form but no one has got back in touch with me. I am getting married on the 8th of December and it seems I won't have a bow tie! No phone number on the site either so getting hold of them is impossible. As I'm yet to hear back I would say poor customer service is an understatement.

I ordered on the 5th of November it is now 24th of November, I have not received my items and worst not heard anything of dispatch. Hugely disappointed

Ordered a certain colour dickie bow with a certain quantity for my wedding and was sent two completely different shades of colour in same order, to be told from customer services the colour I wanted had changed shades. Which turns out to be a lie because my friend ordered the same original colour I wanted a week later and received exactly that. Emailed customer services with what had happened and didn't even acknowledge the proof. The gentleman from customer service couldn’t give an acceptable explanations. Very bad and poor Disgusting customer service advice with no help. They didn’t even ask how many remaining dickie bows I needed. Just told me if I wanted to reorder, use the 10% discount and refunded the ones that was the wrong shade after sending them back, didn’t even refund good will gesture or for postage. I was so desperate I had to go for a completely different colour. So disappointing the way it was handled and to be told lies because someone can’t admit I was just sent the wrong shade of colour in the first place. Will not be using dickiebow. Com again, definitely won’t recommend either. No telephone number to call only by email. Ridiculous. Aswell as the same colour I wanted is still online and my neighbour just ordered original colour for a christening. It came exactly the same colour. Lazy customer services staff in dealing with it properly.

Fabulous products. Placed an order and received within 2 days. Quality ties and dickie bows. The prices were very cheap but quality not compromised. Will definitely buy from this company again
