I have recently ordered a Dickie bow and braces and paid for next day delivery. Order Number: 25030 I am yet to receive my order and I have tried to contact you via email twice along with your online help form and still no response? There is no emails in my spam folder either before anyone asks, I have also provided my phone number so there is no excuse not to respond. Awful service.

Bought a matching bow tie and braces for 2 boys, and one set of braces arrived broken. Contacted Dickiebow a couple of times and had no response - explained it was for an upcoming wedding. Will now only be able to use the bow ties. Very disappointing - they were quick to respond to a question i had before selling the items to me!

Updated review due to response from Dickie Bow. I had not received my delivery and they state they have been replying to my email but I've not received them, spam/junk folders checked. They have issued a full refund. I'm very grateful thank you. I will order again.

Recently purchased a tie and pocket square set for a wedding, nothing received in the expected delivery dates or days after. Trying to navigate the page for a refund and it only refreshes the page so very difficult to ask for a refund either.

After being let down buy where I originally purchased a Tie & Pocket Square for my sisters wedding 3 days before, in a mad panic to find another to match my dress I came across what looked like a perfect match on Dickie Bow - ordered it with Next Day Delivery and explained what had happened and I was so amazed and grateful to find them go above and beyond to ensure I got my order in time for the big day and sure enough it came as a perfect match as listed online and amazing quality!! I bought the Olivia ties and bow tie for our upcoming 2022 wedding. Wanting something that wasn't silky and had a floral pattern was proving tricky but the Olivia is absolutely perfect.
