Actual product is very good, my problem was the £56 customs charge I had to pay before delivery ey by DHL. No mention of this at the initial sales point and even paid £50 delivery charge at checkout. A shame

"The Perfect Fit" Dear Chelsea & Team, This was my first experience making a purchase all the way from the UK! I had a lot of reservation & trust issues at first. The problem were these motorcycle riding boots. I liked them! They looked great & I knew I had to buy them. They are not available in the U.S., at least not anyone I would trust. The size 44 was the right fit. As with new shoes, it can take some time to break them in, especially stiffer boots. A size 45 would have turned out to be a little too big. I like the side venting and design. Thank you for working with me to find the correct size in a 10.5" fit. Thank you for taking the time to send the pics! That was especially accommodating and excellent customer service! I've been walking around my home with them on to get the initial feel. There is a bit of a pressure point on my right big toe but I think that will dissipate as I wear them. I appreciate your assistance and follow-through with this purchase. I know I am not the easiest customer to deal with when it comes to shoes that will fit me nicely even with my foot/leg injuries. I think these boots will be fine. Fast and efficient delivery, my order did not fit and when I contacted them nothing was a problem, they instructed me on returning the said package and they are sending me a replacement product for same price of original product great service
