Ordered trousers on 1st. March. Had an Email from the company later in the day apologising that there would be a delay in posting due to carrier being unable to collect because of the weather. Email the following day saying package had been collected. Trousers were delivered on Saturday 3rd. March. The level of service from this company was fantastic, early warning of delay and fast confirmation of dispatch. the trousers were as described and great value. Will definitely deal with again. I shopped with this company for ladies motorbike boots which they had in stock. Unbeatable price and fantastic delivery service.

Item received was previously opened and when notified a small discount to keep it was offered but when refused the item being second hand or previously refuted despite photographic evidence and when requested a refund was told that if in as new condition that would not be a problem but I explained that not being as new was my complaint. loads of emails later I returned it got my money back inc original postage but not my return postage cost and no reply to my email requesting it. What a great Company, nothing was too much trouble for them. I ordered a textile jacket and trousers, on inspection the zip in the trousers was faulty. Rather than just sent out like some Company's I have used they mailed to let me know. Unfortunately they were the last one in my size but gave me several options that zipped together with my jacket. Fantastic service and I will be recommending them to all my riding friends. Keep it up a pleasure to do business with.

Superb range of bike clothing available from here, the mens is great and the ladies is huge compared to other bike shops, after looking at every pair of ladies trousers and trying on several as the sizes in womens bike gear are all over the place we found a pair at really good price and great fit, well worth a visit to check out stuff in the flesh. For bargain hunters there is a large collection of discounted end of line gear available too. Friendly pleasant staff add to an enjoyable visit. If they were open on Sundays it would be perfect for bikers.

I recently ordered a new helmet from RaceLeathers but unfortunately they didn't have the helmet in stock. RaceLeathers Upgraded me to a more expensive helmet, of the same brand free of charge. The funny thing is the helmet I got was actually the one I wanted but it was just out of my budget. I couldn't be happier with this company and I love my new Nitro mx660. Thanks :-)
