I gave them two stars because I have gotten 2 loans with them when needed. The last loan being my biggest. There’s no way I’d get another though. The interest rates are outrageous!! Makes you feel like you’ll never get ahead with your business because you’re paying back this crazy interest. I’ll be done paying them in July. I can’t wait. I will never ever take out another loan. I thought I’d be able to refinance the loan after paying half down. That’s not true. They only allow that if you take more capital. NO thank you! This can be a revolving door for some because you’re paying back money you actually need, so it keeps you in the red! Never again!!! I’ll heavily discount my inventory before I ever make a mistake like this again. I learned a huge lesson. I should’ve listened to my CPA! I will stick to using my personal credit cards to fund my business when sales are low. It’s not worth paying extremely high interest. I’m paying almost $5k a month on this loan. I’m so annoyed. Only use this company if you have no other options. You’ll get off paying a pretty penny. Not worth the temporary struggle.
