Often times it’s very difficult to get in touch with my account representative. Sometimes it takes 3-4 days before I’m able to verbally speak or receive a corresponding email. I would like to have at least 2 points of contact so that I don’t feel as though I’m chasing a company for my business. The date of experience is multiple dates so please don’t pin point 11/30

I borrowed from Expansion Capital previously and I had excellent payment history. So they sent me e-mails saying that because of that history, I could apply to get funds again should I need it. During my second loan with them, I was told by them that per my contract, I was entitled to reconciliations on a month to month basis should I run into a hardship. After I submitted the documentation they require to do that, I did not hear from anyone and its been almost 2 weeks. I reached out to 4 different employees and received no response....this is what you can expect if you decide to borrow from Expansion.
