I totally loved my new The Snowman Mixing Bowl and it was a reasonable price. Shame postage couldn't be thrown in free but hey ho. It was fairly well packaged and arrived safely which is what matters.

Terrible customer service ... Ordered a pair of oven gloves. When they arrived the colour did not match the colour in the picture. I returned them. No one was there to accept the parcel so the Post Office left a card, they did not collect it from the sorting office so it was returned to me. I sent it again. They refused to cover either of my postage costs! \They offered me a £3 voucher on for a future purchase. Beware!!

I've just bought the Cupcake Carrier and am delighted with both the product and it's speedy delivery. It was exactly as pictured and described - sturdy and well made. I used it immediately to transport a batch of cupcakes to a Coffee Morning over the Platinum Jubilee Weekend. Needless to say, they arrived in tact, exactly as they left the house!

I purchased a trifle dish to make a Jubilee Pudding, the last one in stock. The description was clear, purchasing easy and I was delighted when it was delivered only 2 days later. The trifle tasted great too!

Replacement tea filter is a saver! The old one was completely clogged & needed a chance to dry out long term. It was excellent to find the right type & size so easily. Postie did wonder what was in the chunky but light package she handed over. I use the small teapot for strong lime flower tea, a mug of which sits on my bedside table, with sips to get me back to sleep during the night. Works a treat!
