I ordered a couple of items for my sister's birthday. I was told in the email that they'd be delivered 7-21 days after my order. As promised, product was delivered just over 2 weeks later. Product was shipping from the UK to the US. While there were no means of tracking the package, Amandine was very responsive to my inquires and happy to assist in any way possible. Fantastic customer service and response time. My package arrived in beautiful condition and I will definitely use them again.
