Purchased golf shoes which were replaced under guarantee. British company, great products but the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Emails not replied to, complaints not answered, no phone number or address published on their website. Eventually sent a replacement with out informing me they were going to do so and ignored my request for a senior member of staff to deal with my complaint. Absolutely useless!!
