Great tiles that were used as a point of interest with our cream subway tiles. They look really impressive and I will look to Ca'Pietra for future home projects.

Beautiful tile samples sent promptly!! And well wrapped so all perfect. Love them all so will need to renovate several rooms now!

Prompt shipping and delivery of excellent quality samples.

All tiles were smashed to bits when they arrived. This is not a surprise as all the tile boxes were falling apart and there was virtually no protection in the delivery boxes they were placed inside, except for a bit of scrunched up paper. In addition to this they only sent 5 out of the 7 boxes ordered. I now have delays with the works being done as a result. Amazingly I had to pay over £50 delivery fee for the experience!

Beautiful tiles but terribly packaged so loads of them were shattered on arrival. Sent Ca Pietra the batch details and they issued replacements (which again weren’t well wrapped but did arrive in one piece this time). However there was no proof that the tiles were from the same batch. The tiles were expensive so very disappointing about the very poor quality of packing and lack of care regarding giving customers assurance that the replacement tiles are from the same batch. Even though the tiles are beautiful I won’t buy from Ca Pietra again until they improve their quality of packaging.

I called upon their customer service to track the status of my sample order. Capietra customer sevice resent the order again in priority delivery for me right away during the call and i received both the orders the next day. That is exceptional customer service to me.

We ordered tile samples which we paid delivery for. When they arrived they were in a big box, carefully packaged which was good. The bad part is the samples were tiny! We had hoped for a piece big enough to see how it goes with other furnishings but it was pointless, one piece was an end of the tile around 6cm x 4cm. We also ordered a sample of a highly patterned raised texture tile and we got the centre of it, you could not tell what the actual pattern should look like. Not good samples concidering the tiles are high end around £50 to £75 a square metre. We will go back to the drawing board and look in tile shops.

I ordered some tile samples. All sent in a timely fashion. Unfortunately I missed the delivery twice as I had no notice when they were coming and they were sent back to the warehouse and I never received them. There was absolutely no option to ask for them to be in a safe place or a different day like usual DPD deliveries. When I emailed their response was disappointing and didn’t offer to send again. I’ve got tiles from somewhere else now but it’s a shame as they are lovely tiles.

Really helpful and when I needed to cancel part of an order due to a change in plans it was totally hassle free and quickly refunded. Great customer service
