However because I live in London I look online and recently purchased Kopka berets x 3 which are simply wonderful. I like Lurdes Burgurda and all the other designs they stock. Always helpful and kind service.

My two pieces arrived crumpled and in a shoddy plastic bag....I've no particular need for high spec packaging but feel it to be important that pieces are sent out with a degree of respect. As I didn't require the items urgently I had requested a cheaper postal charge than the £9.00 but was told this wasn't possible . I therefore spent £18.00 on postage for which I acquired nothing but a feel of lack of customer care. I'll stick to Jules B and Olivia May in the future!

Beautiful clothes and great service. A word of warning - The postage can be a bit of an extra expense at the end as it is calculated depending on how much you buy rather than a set cost. But I live too far away to visit the shop😏😊

Easy and efficient.

Very prompt service. Someone phoned from the store to inform me something was out of stock and to enquire if I wanted a different size or refund. She was very friendly and we had a lovely chat. My order arrived really quickly, packaging was good and product perfect. Will definitely use them again and hope to visit their store when in the area.

Blue is always chic and quirky and it’s great to be able to buy on line. If you can go into the shop, the staff are helpful and friendly. I’ve bought on line a couple of times now and it works really well.
