Items I ordered not in stock but still shown on website. Very annoying. However customer service made every effort to find the items for me in their warehouse and one item was located out of two.

Great service, fast and no problems at all - the clothes were just they were shown on the website, the delivery took place when it should have. I'd much rather shop at Blue again anytime, for the personal attention to detail, than get messed about by large multinational on-line stores who don't bother with any of that.

Shoes arrived in the rather battered and torn box. Would always choose shops which do not charge (£11) postage if they have what I want.
