I expected my delivery by January 17th, and it was not delivered until January 24th- an entire week late. Customer service was not helpful when I reached out to them to find out about the status of the delivery.

I order a MFK Bakarat 540 edp, when i received it it is a total replica and doesn't smell like it, then i call to find outhow can they hepl me and the person who answered the phone said that their product is 100% Authentic wich is a lie because i own 6 diferent ones and compared their bottle with mine and they are completely different, doesn't even have the book inside and the case that holds the bottle is even broken, honestly a parfume that expensive don't even suppose to come like that. Don't buy from this company they are liers.

Packaged a perfume gift set into a box smaller than the size of the gift set. The entire box to the gift set was ripped, damaged and bent. It was supposed to be a gift. I will have to remove the perfume from the gift box to give and will have to explain this to the person receiving it.
