United States | 21 December 2024Customer Service is horrible. Placed order on Tuesday and by Friday all they did was print the shipping label. Paid $8.00 for shipping which should be 2-3 Business Days. Called for update and the customer service guy said we will email you an update in 24-48 hours. It took 3 business days to print a label and who knows when I’ll get the item I ordered.
