I placed an order and the website says it ships in 1-5 business days. After 7, my voicemail, website inquiry, and email were never returned. I finally kept calling until someone answered. She told me she cancelled my order and I would get an email confirmation. So after a few hours nothing. I made 22 more phone calls to get someone to answer the phone. I was told corporate has to approve. I can't talk to anyone in corporate until after 4... BUT their website says phones are not answered between 4 and 9. SHADY SHADY SHADY.

Je mets une étoile parce que je peux pas mettre 0. J'ai commandé sur conforma un lot de tabouret à 34€99 vendu par songmics. Commande payée validée et là je reçois un mail me disant qu'il y avait un bug et que la commande est annulée et que le prix était en fait de 89€ il me demande la différence ou annulation de la commande.... À fuir comme vendeur de vrai escrocs et arnaqueurs.... Une honte alors que la commande est payée j'ai jamais vu ça !!!!!

J ai acheté un fauteuil à bascule gris, (celui qui ressemble beaucoup à celui d une célèbre marque mais en vachement moins cher). livraison rapide, bien emballé, facile à monter et très confortable. je recommande il est top pour moi enceinte et bientôt pour allaiter mon futur bébé ... À la maison on se bat pour l avoir devant le film. Je mesure 1m 69 nickel, après pas super pour personne très grande je pense mais les mesures sont données il suffit de regarder. Je recommande

Habe den XXL Katzen Kratzbaum mit Hangematte gekauft, der erst sechs Tage nach Lieferung ankam. Dann der nächste Schreck - das Teil war scheinbar schon in Gebraich, denn es hatte beim Auspacken Kratzspuren. Meine Katzen jagen sich gerne durch die Wohnung und machen das auch auf dem Kratzbaum. Als ich in der Küche stehe, höre ich auf einmal einen Knall und sehe dann, dass meine Katzen es geschafft haben, den Baum beim sich Jagen umgeworfen haben. Zum Glück ging nix zu Bruch, weil der Baum in der Ecke des Wohnzimmers steht. Miese Geschäftspolitik und gemeingefährliches Produkt.

I bought a "sturdy" cat tower from Songmics after reading reviews, I was looking for a hard wearing one as our kitten is a Main Coon, this was the one that came highly recommended for large breed cats--while I'm sure it would be for a normal kitty, it is NOT suitable at all for a large breed cat. I bought it last September, roll on 10 months (and my cat still has at least another year of growing to do) and one of the supports for the platforms ripped in two, now when I first bought it, it looked like it was all made of plywood, but the supports are nothing more than cardboard rolls-like an extra large empty toilet roll! Now for nearly £90.00 I thought it would be made of quality parts but it hasn't even lasted a year!! To say I'm disappointed is a massive understatement. £90.00 for cardboard is a rip off, so if you are thinking of buying this for any large breed cat.... Don't! Apart from anything, your cat could be seriously injured.

Vor einigen Tagen erhielt ich meine bestellte Seitenmarkise der Firma Songmics. Nach der Kontrolle ob alle Befestigungsmaterialien vorhanden waren führte ich eine Qualitätsprüfung an dem Markisentuch sowie deren Markisenkassette durch. Bis auf einige hauchdünne Kratzer und Schattierungen im Tuch war alles soweit okay! Leider sind die Schrauben keine Edelstahlschrauben die ich dann aus meinem Bestand inklusive der Edelstahl Unterlegscheiben genommen habe. Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten die Seitenmarkise zu befestigen was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe, da ich es mir dann aussuchen konnte was für mich die beste Lösung ist! Ein Manko kostet zu den beschriebenen Kleinigkeiten leider den fünften Stern denn bei der Markise mit den Maßen: Länge herausziehbar auf 3.50m x Höhe 2.00m wirkt die Halterung nicht wirklich stabil. Trotzdem kann ich mit gutem Gewissen diese Seitenmarkise empfehlen würde aber vielleicht für mich eine Beschränkung auf 3.00m x 1.80m bevorzugen. Der Preis der Seitenmarkise liegt zwischen 115€ - 130€ je nach Händler. Hier würde ich beim nächsten Mal auch direkt bei Songmics in Wuppertal bestellen und nicht mehr über Amazon, da ich hier leider 12€ mehr bezahlen musste. Ein Tipp: Heute am 11.05.2019 bekommt man bei Songmics noch 5% zum günstigen Preis somit kostet die Seitenmarkise inklusive Versand nur noch 110€!!!!!! Ein wahrer Schnapper!

I bought a chair from SONGMICS via Amazon. The chair seems fine, but unfortunately, is not really suitable for LARGER people and I found it a bit narrow, and the padding went flat after no time at time. I did not complain, as I suspected the chair was fine for an average sized person, and the other reviews were positive, so I simply wrote an honest (not negative) feedback pointing out the above. After seeing my review on Amazon, SONGMICS gave me a full refund and let me keep the chair. That kind of customer services deserves 5 stars in my book.

I've had an excellent experience with Songmics! I would certainly purchase future orders with them without hesitation! I had to order parts for a storage closet. Songmics con Amazon..vorrei sapere ma perchè le spese di spedizione sono così care? per un pezzo che costa 130€ le spese di spedizione sono di 12€ mi sembra davvero troppo.

I have been so impressed by this company. We bought a clothes airer/drier and were delighted with the quality of design and manufacture. (I love German companies, and now proudly own the equivalent of a Mercedes clothes airer!) I noticed a small issue with the packaging and let them know - it didn't affect the product in any way. The Customer Care department sent a 'thank you' to me and promised to pass on my improvement suggestion to Quality Control. These days, finding a company that really cares about its customers and its reputation is so rare. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Made a purchase of shelving from this company thru Amazon nwas supposed to been delivered on Wednesday October 18th have not seen it have tried tracking thru Amazon,ups,songmics,no luck would really like to receive it if not I would like to be refunded,I have contacted every source I know of no luck.thank you Joann Morris
