All went well.. the only thing was I ordered a 1m wide lantern but by the time its fitted the width reduced to around 800mm, with hindsight and a little more info I would have ordered the 1200 width. Very easy to install.

As an experienced builder and developer I come across good and bad companies . I have to say the service and products Duplus offer put them in the 'excellent' category . Great to deal with and good value . They went over and above for me Jon Veale Castellum

Our new rooflights look Fabulous. They not only let the outside in but add an extra spatial quality that wouldn't otherwise have been there if we had of gone with a solid flat roof. Things kind of look bigger as well! Thank you to Duplus for delivering a seamless service from ordering to delivery and providing good technical advice advice with simple to follow drawings for our fitters. We would recommend them to anyone thinking of flat roof lights in the future.

Looks good and on time delivery

We came to Duplus after a massive disappointment with another company whose product was so hideous and unsatisfactory we rejected it outright. Rejecting the first roof lantern put our project back by several weeks but we felt it was worth waiting to get what we really wanted. From the first phone call the team at Duplus went out of their way to be informative and proactive. All the information we needed was provided and our builder commented on how co-operative and helpful they were when he rang with some queries. This all served to put our minds at rest while we awaited the arrival of our Duplus roof lantern. Our pyramid lantern arrived today and we could not be more thrilled with the result - it is truly beautiful and seems to float over our Sun Room. The light pours into our new living space and allows plenty of natural light to flow into the dining room behind it - just what we wanted. Ours was a 2 metre square pyramid so was rather heavy and the most difficult part of the installation was getting it onto our flat roof. However a team of five men got it up there and they commented on the excellent construction of the pyramid. It fitted snugly over the aperture and did not take long at all to actually install. We now look forward to watching the season pass from beneath our roof lantern :) Thank you Duplus!

Efficient service. Skylights arrived as hoped for

Overall, excellent service. Able to negotiate on price, customer service was great and kept us informed of situation / progress. Expedited delivery (due to my builders availability) and easy to fit/ install. Although the product has only been installed for a matter of days, we have had torrential rain and so far so good. Would definitely recommend.

Installation of our two 4x2m roof lanterns went like clockwork this morning. In fact, we had them on their upstands by 0915 and fully installed by 1030!! They are clearly a quality product and they look absolutely fantastic, so many thanks indeed. So much better than a kit form roof lantern, albeit we did need a crane to lift them.

We wanted a top quality product and duplus did not let us down. The lantern looks fantastic and was very easy to install. It appears to be made to a very high standard. We are very pleased and would highly recommend, from pre-sales advice through to delivery.

Excellent service and great products. I bought 3 roof lights from Duplus. The advice and customer support was first rate. Delivered as agreed. Look excellent installed. Motorised roof light works well, if a little slow to open /close. A friend recommended Duplus, as he'd used them for a large lantern light. I'm glad he did.
