Great great company and a fnatastic product. I ordered a Lantern rooflight from Gavin and he was extremley helpful and knowledgeable. The roof light was delivered on time and well transported and packaged. It's now in situ and it looks amazing, easy to install as well. Very good on price as well so I couldn't really be happier. Thouroughly reccomend this company.

Product seem good, a bit too early to tell, and it turned up on time, they gave me a scare when I called to enquire about delivery as they were a bit vague, but in the end all was good so on balance I'd give them a thumbs up and recommend them

Superb - Just had 2.5m x 1.25m Lantern light delivered exactly one month after order/payment.Fitted perfectly as described, looks great. Very good company with excellent fitting instructions etc all screws etc provided. Thoroughly recommend.

Easy to install & great service

We only got our roof lantern from Duplus but got our bifold doors from Kloeber. I wish i had got both from Duplus. Amar was very good, service was good, delivery was as described, product is excellent.

Having researched the market for a super thin, contemporary framed roof lantern, I selected Duplus, and are extremely happy with the result. The unit is very crisp, beautifully made, and very strong. Installation was a very straight forward. From the initial interaction, through to the final order placement three months later, Amar and the sales team were knowledgeable about their product, happy to answer questions, and able to make suggestions for product selection and specification. Questions were quickly turned around. Making payment was simple and straight forward with no hassle. When it came to the delivery of a rather substantial unit, Simon and the warehouse team packaged and delivered on time, despite the fact the location was a 4 hour drive from the factory on a Saturday morning, and prior to this were able to answer the various queries that I had easily and with re assurance. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Duplus team for the quality and workmanship of their products. To steal a quote, “This is not just a roof lantern.
