Communication has been slow and limited. Tried to get a refund on a defective product and was offered a replacement part instead. I agreed weeks ago and still no parts. Very disappointed!

for a lonng time I was ignoring banggood as I was using other online shopping platforms, but honesty it surprised me. Clear communication, good prices, warehouses in EU, short delivery terms. So far all is well, I dod not had anything to refund yet so I dont know how smooth is the process, but lets hole I will not find out

I received from them a defective product ( hoverboard order nr.115226158) and first they said that I will get the money back and the next day they said: no!,first you need to return the product (maybe to China) and after I will be refunded!!! I said: ok,but as long you send me a defective product,you need to send me a return label! And then, no answer! No refunds and I have at home( like a birthday present for my son) a very nice defective product! Stay away from them!
