Par contre ce qui est dommageable c'est l'emballage des colis dans un plastique jaune-vert presque transparent où tout le monde peut lire le nom du matériel qui vous est acheminé (pour moi ToolTop ET15S). I purchased a dishwasher from Banggood, and it arrived with multiple defects. The cutlery basket had a broken wheel, and the door was misaligned, making it difficult to close properly. Despite reaching out to customer support numerous times and providing all the requested photos and videos, they refused to acknowledge the door issue, claiming it was "within normal range." Their only solution was to offer a $10 refund or a replacement wheel for the basket, completely ignoring the fact that the door misalignment affects the functionality of the product. I paid €230 for a new dishwasher, not a defective one that needs repairs right out of the box. The customer service has been slow, dismissive, and unhelpful, with no clear resolution in sight. This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
