I got a product which is damaged and the product is a second hand. I wanted a new product to exchange or af Full refund and I will send the product back. We have a long correspondance and they just want to give me Credit for the damaged part. I dont want a second hand product, so I refused. After almost one week, we still haven't resolved the issue
