Je ne comprends pas ce qui se passe en ce moment. Je suis client depuis longtemps et jusqu'à présent tout allait bien. Cette année j'ai passé 2 commandes, elles sont expédiées rapidement et puis après c'est la catastrophe. Le colis disparaît dans la nature ! Je n'ai pas reçu le 1er de mi février , le suivi est bloqué depuis 1 mois, et le 2 ème plus récent est bloqué aussi. Aucune évolution des suivi et pas de colis

Kann Banggood nicht weiterempfehlen. Kundenservice ist nicht vorhandne warum denn überhaupt anbieten. Ticket zeit kostet entsprechend zeit wegen aus China verstehe ich aber Kommunikation ist verwirrend und verzögert sich immer weiter und weiter. Kauft bitte wenns geht nicht auf Banggood. Nur warterei.
