UPDATED Review…. When a manager from Penn Ellon calls you to apologise for a courier failing you realise that you’re buying from a company that cares about its brand and reputation. My original review stated that the product was great, but the delivery was not next day, but five days later. Having taken a call from Penn Elcom, they could see that the parts were delivered late and refunded the delivery charge. The fact they picked up the call to speak with me and apologise staggered me - clearly a company that cares.

These guys are the real deal. Gave them a call and without any hesitation they were motivated to help! Very respectful, returned my calls instantly and even waited a while after their shift to help me due to the time difference. The hinges I purchased exceeded my expectations and is VERY strong and durable. I will definitely be using their product again!!

I had just had 4 caster failures at the same time. They were old PE casters and had cracked from dry-rotted. I hopped on the website and found a similar replacement but wanted a taller caster. One phone call to the California office and the CS agent had me dialed in to the exact caster base in under a minute. Placed my order, and upon arrival had the new ones bolted to my amp rack in no time. Great job, Penn Elcom folks!

Painless and spot on! I had been looking for these parts for some time and was even looking at laser printing. Can across your website and was pleasantly surprised! Brackets worked perfectly!!

Struggled to find an appropriate product til I came across these. Great quality, speedy delivery and did the job perfectly.

The box seems pretty flimsy for the price. The locks are not the best either. A crowbar could easily get it open but that would take time which most crooks don't have. The box is supposed to weigh 170 lbs, I think it might possibly weigh 100lbs if that. They need to work out a better shipping method. Haven said that it does have a large package area. I don't see a problem with being able to fit the majority of packages in it.
