I bought a slimline latch, and thought it would be a single unit when in fact it is two separate pieces of metal plus an easily-losable spring. This probably is my ignorance, but the item didn't turn out as I was expecting and thus it is in my "might use it some year" box, which typically is a one-way journey.

Service, delivery, pricing and product great. I have given a poor review because I am SICK of being asked to review things. Honestly, it's a cheap pair of aluminium plates, not a £50k car!
