Ware wieder superschnell geliefert. Ersatzteile haben alle perfekt gepasst. Unsere beiden Tiere, Hündin und Kater, waren glücklich, als der Brunnen wieder sprudelt.

Bin mit dem Brunnen sehr zufrieden. Habe seit 10 Jahren einen. Er läuft immer noch wunderbar. Habe jetzt einen Zweiten für ein anderes Zimmer bestellt.

Versand des Produktes erfolgte sehr rasch. Verpackung sehr gut. Beim Produkt selbst gibt es zwei Punkte zu kritisieren, das hab ich bei der Produktbewertung geschrieben. Unsere Katzen mögen jedenfalls keine plätschernden Trinkbrunnen, aber man kann ihn ja zur Not auch als Zimmerbrunnen mit Pflanzen verwenden.

Schneller Versand und leicht aufzubauen und leichte Reinigung unsere Katze liebt den Brunnen seit dem wir den haben trinkt unsere Katze endlich mehr Wasser.

we didn't have a reason to contact their service center because everything worked out perfectly from the beginning. the water fountain is pretty and cool! the sensor and the cat grass are also a plus! I must say that even the box it was delivered looks nice :)

We recently bought three of these lovely water fountains for our cats and we’re so happy with them. We got two big ones (one white and one brown) and a small one (white). They all work perfectly! I would like another one (small one in green) but I think we have enough for now xD Before this, we had plastic fountains from Amazon that needed lots of filters and were a hassle. Plus, they were ugly. These new ceramic fountains are just what we needed. They’re good quality and look SOOOO PRETTY in our house! Overall, we love these fountains and so do our cats!
