I had an original fountain from here for 3 years and it was great, my cat loved it and looked great, Then the pump died, nightmare started, I ordered a new connector and pump, they didn't fit as I had an 'older' model, and there was no other option given when I contacted customer service, other than buy a new one, not even a discount given, or refund on the useless parts. Fast forward to this year, I have tried a couple of other fountains but my cat isn't as keen and as she is older, I just want it to be easy for her. I ordered the fountain straight from the store in cream and paid for the extended warranty, I did not want to get sucked into another debacle about old fitting tubes etc. What has arrived is a fountain that can only be described as weird blancmange pink colour, very off putting, that has not been coloured properly along the bottom. And on enquiry about it being cream, it's the colour they are now calling cream. Have not been impressed with customer service, but I guess it is not their fault for the dodgy colour. I am unwell at the moment and it is just too much hassle to return the item, and there is no actual cream to swap it to anyway, my cat won't care about the colour I guess and I will just put up with it, the bottom that is not dyed properly will be under the water so another thing to put up with. I have yet to set it up, so crossing fingers there will be no issues. Disappointing experience, and they definitely need to rename the colour or better still,, return it to the cream colour that looked classy and worth the money.

Ich würde den Brunnen gern zurück geben da ihn meine Katze überhaupt nicht benutzt aber ich bekomme einfach keine Antwort auf meine 2 E-Mails. Von wegen man kann den Brunnen zurück geben 😡

Wurde sehr gut von meinen Katzen angenommen und auch von meiner Dakota die bis jetzt noch jeden Brunnen zerlegt hat. Fazit, es ist jeden Cent wert

Die Ware ist gut und sicher angekommen. Optik gefällt uns auch aber man hört die Pumpe doch schon sehr. Selbst mit Filzfüßchen dröhnt es über den Fußboden fast zu viel. Derzeit nimmt unsere Katze es nicht an, ist aber sehr neugierig, wir hoffen, dass es die Zeit bringen wird. Sonst wär es eine sehr teure Investitionen. Mit wem die Hoffnung auf, zumal es bei vielen Bekannten gut funktioniert.
