Aside from the problems with the website at the time of placing the order and lots of back and forth to (successfully) remedy the resulting complications my experience has been very positive. The fountain arrived very well packaged, was easy to set up and looks great. It has now been in use for just under 2 weeks and I have seen 2 out of my 3 cats use it. The sound of the water trickling is audible, personally I like it, and it's the quietest when the pump is at its highest setting. On that setting, however, there will be a sprinkling of water around the base, mostly behind the tallest tower, so a mat or a tray is advisable, especially if the fountain is positioned on a wooden surface. The pump is very quiet, you can only hear it when you are standing directly above the fountain. I would definitely recommend regular topping up, every 2-3 days, to ensure that the pump stays fully submerged, otherwise it will struggle and the water will start pulsing. I would also definitely, definitely recommend replacing the water weekly, especially in multi-cat households, otherwise you will notice the water in the base start to develop a film. Might as well give the whole fountain a quick handwash while you are at it, especially that even at this early stage the metal net on the pump is already likely to have some cat hair stuck on it. I have not yet been able to fully disassemble the pump like in the instruction videos. I tried to do that once when it started pulsing - even though I did suspect that I let the water level run too low I wanted to make sure that there wasn't anything obstructing it from the inside. Unlike in the videos, however, my propeller won't come out and the black element on which the hose is sitting seems stuck fast. I did not want to apply too much force in case I broke something but I will give it another go in a couple of weeks when I do the deep clean.

Schnell, vollständig, hübsch

Begin november een drinkfontein besteld. Volgens Miaustore is de betaling niet binnengekomen wegens een technisch probleem. Het geld is wel van mijn rekening verdwenen. Ik moest zelf contact opnemen met IDeal, waar ik inmiddels na meer dan 7 mails nog geen reactie van heb ontvangen. Miaustore doet verder helemaal niks om zelf uit te zoeken waar het mis is gegaan. Nog nooit zo’n slechte service gehad en ik bestel regelmatig iets online. Als Miaustore een klein beetje klantvriendelijk zou zijn, zouden ze wegens alle ongemak gewoon een drinkfontein cadeau doen. Helaas is dat alleen maar een mooie droom

Der Brunnen ist immer ein schöner Anblick. Meine Katzen lieben ihn. Auch Nachbestellungen von Einzelteilen funktionieren reibungslos.

Bestellung war einfach. Lieferung war gut verpackt. Immer wieder gerne.

Der Brunnen hat Kratzer, beeinträchtigt die Funktion nicht, sollte aber bei einem neuen Produkt so nicht sein. Die Pumpe ist unfassbar laut. Wir hatten schon mehrere Brunnen, aber so laut war keiner. Und das, obwohl damit geworben wird, dass er so leise ist. Meine Tiere gehen nicht dran, wir sind von der Lautstärke genervt. Vom Kundenservice kommt immer nur die gleiche vorgefertigte Email, plötzlich sind Mails an den Kundenservice nicht mehr zustellbar… Ich habe jetzt Paypal eingeschaltet.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Der Trinkbrunnen gefällt mir sehr gut. Reinigung incl. Pumpe von Hand ist auch nicht schwer. Allerdings habe ich noch nicht gesehen, dass meine Katzendamen daraus trinken. Ich sehe sie aber auch nicht aus einem normalen Trinknapf trinken.

Toller Brunnen, stabil, ohne Folgekosren, die Katzen lieben ihn. Sehr gute und stabile Verpackung.

Problem mit die Turmen gehabt, aber würde von Support geholfen, einfach super 10/10💪

Bestellung vor über zwei Wochen abgegeben, immer noch nicht versendet und auch keine Informationen dazu gegeben.

Der Brunnen ist echt Super. Leider funktioniert der Bewegungssensor nicht. Hab mir dann bei Amazon einen neuen Bestellt. Wollte das hin und her nicht. Aber ansonsten war die Erfahrung gut.

Ho fatto un ordine il 12 novembre ed ad oggi della fontana non ci sono notizie. Ho provato a contattare il supporto clienti questa mattina ma a quanto pare la mail loro è inesistente. Bella truffa

Mooie fontein, echter pompje is binnen 7 maanden stuk gegaan. Netjes reactie na het sturen van een mail om foto’s op te sturen. Toen ik de foto’s wilde opsturen kreeg ik een bericht dat het mailadres niet meer bestaat. Nu zit ik met een mega dure fontein en een verzekering waar ik niks meer mee kan.

Ein sehr schöner wertiger Trinkbrunnen. Leider stört uns das dumpfe "Brummen" des Motors sehr. Wir hoffen, dass wir uns daran gewöhnen. Kundenservice sehr nett!

Einfacher Bestellvorgang..Vorabinfo über ev. längere Lieferdauer

Fontána přišla v pořádku a taky v pořádku funguje. Na Youtube jsem našla návod k sestavení, nebyl nám jasný popis montáže motorku. Jen vybalování bylo horší, fontána je fakticky utopena v jednom kusu polystyrenu, musela se z něho vylámat. Senzor na pohyb je taky skvělý. Doufám, že bude sloužit dlouho, připlatila jsem si 10 letou záruku.
