I ordered a couple's ornament for my wife. It arrived, but after the intended date. I wrapped a photo of it. Once it arrived, my wife was extremely happy with it.

The ornament came and it was really cute, however they messed up the hair color and so it didn’t look like who I wanted it to look like. I tried to reach out to customer service and no one ever got back to me. Would not order again.

Ornaments were gifts. They were cute! Delivery was a little slow, probably due to the holiday but were received in time!

It’s a good product and easy to customize. My only gripe is the “brown” hair color I chose turned out really orange when I got it.

Unfortunately, my purchase was never received. The carrier that they use to deliver their products delivered by purchase to the wrong address, which was over a half mile away from the correct address. On top of that, they delivered the package to the doorstep of a Dentist Office in strip mall on a Saturday evening. I have now been tasked with working with the carrier and Homacus to get my purchased refunded. This process has been going on for over 3 weeks now with no end in sight. It would be nice if Homacus took the lead to get this resolved with their carrier, rather than putting that burden on their consumer. I really loved the look of their products and was excited to give it to my wife, but after this ordeal I have a sour taste in my mouth.

Make sure you check both your billing address and your mailing address. If they are incorrect and they mail it, they will not replace your order

The ornament arrived just in time for Christmas and is soo cute, worth every penny. I think I ordered their largest size which is as big as the palm of my hand, that’s exactly what I wanted be I wanted it to show clearly in pictures

This was a perfect gift for my wife, who loves EVERYRHING Peanuts style. We even have a nativity scene of it! I ordered this as a Christmas gift for her. I have dark brown hair and selected the same for the “boy” character. When it came in, the boy had RED hair!! No idea how that got messed up so badly that it isn’t even correct! Not to mention the shipping time took so long it arrived after Christmas and ended up coming in after we took our tree down! Overall pretty disappointing despite the laugh we got at the boy being a red head
