i was skeptical, but my gift turned out really great! very pleased with my order and how fast it shipped! the only thing is that the hair color on the people was a bit different than the color i picked online! i wish there was more options for hair, but other than that, im happy!

Ordered two items November 14th, and I still don’t have them and it is December 21st. I’ve contacted the company and they say it’s been delivered or it’s in processing. I’m out about $60 unfortunately. Please use caution when ordering from here.

Love our family TriToon Christmas ornament with our grandkids names along with ours. It looks so nice and love the hand painted names. The TriToon boat itself is also very nice and having it on the front and back of the ornament makes a huge difference.

It’s been over a month and haven’t received my order. Customer service says it’s on the way but the tracking info hasn’t been updated since December 1st… they said to allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and I placed my order on November 14th. Hopefully it arrives before Christmas

The ornament that I received was beautifully made and came with several options to hang it with. They did make a mistake and duplicated my second order and didn’t send the first order initially, but they were quick to respond to my email to resolve the issue, and within a few days they had sent me the shipping info for the replacement order.

Bought this as a gift for our friends who just ordered a new pontoon boat, They really liked the product. Was well made and sturdy. Shipping time was about what I expected. Overall cost with shipping and cost of ornament seemed a bit high, but I was the one who agreed to the cost. So all is good. Thanks.

I wasn't sure what I was going to receive or in fact, if I was going to receive anything at all, but the two figurines love bird hangar shipped quickly and was just as advertised. My gf loved it. Would buy it again.
