Ho fatto un ordine che non mi è stato salvato nell'account (ci ha messo molto a caricare la pagine e poi il nulla); la ricevuta di pagamento però è arrivata; scrivo una mail per spiegare l'accaduto (in inglese) e avere info: nulla; scrivo una seconda mail: nulla; scrivo una terza mail a un secondo contatto mettendo persino in copia la piattaforma che gestisce i pagamenti: nulla; scrivo una quarta mail a un ulteriore contatto (quello per entrare a fare parte dei professionisti) ma questa torna persino indietro; ho scritto una quinta mail stasera: attendo. Ora, capisco che nel mezzo ci sia stato il weekend e credo sia stata festa anche in Francia, ma una cavolo di mail anche automatica quando si effettua un ordine, e anche un pagamento, arriva sempre. Questi dormono? Hanno troppe mail e non ci saltano fuori? Spero non mi stiano fregando, visto quanto poco ho speso non ci guadagnano molto se non una pessima figura! Domani proverò a telefonare in Francia, speriamo che qualcuno mi risponda. Se qualcuno è riuscito nell'impresa di farsi rispondere, please, che condivida questo segreto!
