A couple of years ago, I was constantly getting SPAM from this outfit. When contacted directly, they denied having an account using my e-mail and denied that it was on any mailing list. Reported to the UK ICO and left a negative review here, and miraculously the SPAM stopped... Well now they are at it again, and again deny it so again reported to the ICO and getting another bad review here, hoping that STOPS the SPAM SPAM SPAM.

The Blazer I purchased is complete trash. It's made of very cheap material and looks that way. In addition to this, the return policy is a scam. Don't get trapped by this trash company. You have 14 days to return an item, but to initiate the return, you will have to go through all of the customer support communication and steps, which takes 14-days. Custom or "unique" items, as they put it on their website, are not returnable at all.

I purchased two suits as a gift for a friend who had never worn a suit before. Upon receiving the first suit, Sene's support team was very helpful in guiding us through the adjustment process to ensure a perfect fit. The exchange process for alterations was relatively painless, though there was quite a long wait time (over 7 weeks and counting). In the meantime, the second suit arrived, and thankfully, it was a perfect fit. Initially, I had left a very negative review because I wasn’t receiving responses to my follow-ups regarding the adjusted suit. However, it turns out there was an unexpected technical issue that prevented me from receiving their emails. A team member personally reached out from a different email account, which I was able to receive, and provided the long-awaited update. Advice for future customers: If you don’t hear back from Sene, I recommend including a note in your follow-up email stating that you haven’t received a response and requesting that they contact you from an alternative email (not their default Support email). This may help if you experience the same issue I did. Overall, while the fulfillment timeline can be on the slower side, Sene did come through, and I appreciate their effort to ensure a great fit for my friend. He’s excited to receive his final adjusted suit!

I really like the fabric and wish it would have worked out, but they're marketing a custom suit, but are unable to take actual measurements that would cause the suit to fit properly. I sent my suit back once and it took 3 weeks then when I got the re-make back it still didn't fit properly. This means I'd have to send it in again and wait another 3 weeks for my suit. There was way too much fabric in the pant legs, suit jacket arms etc. I love the fabric and wish you could have tailored it to my satisfaction since I would have wanted to keep the suit. Customer service is slow to respond, you can't call anyone and meanwhile I paid for a suite months ago and still can't use it. Waste of time.

I ordered a three pack of cumulus crew shirts on 11/7/24. I'm still waiting... One of the crazier retail experiences i've ever had. I got one shirt in early December. No updates on the order at all on the website, no emails about shipping, nothing. I sent an email to customer service, and they said the site is not working so updates aren't sent. So i had no way to provide feedback on the fit through an online tool, just a rep asking if the others could go to production. I said yes because the fit was fine, and I didn't know what to say in an email to a CS rep who's covering for a malfunctioning website. I get the second shirt a few weeks later (late December), no shipping or delivery emails, nothing. So I email again asking about the third shirt, again I emailed, no one reached out. It turns out that material was now out of stock, could I pick another color (no mention of what was actually available). OK so I picked a different color. Three weeks later I email to ask status because of course no status emails or anything, radio silence. It tuns out the new color is also out of stock!!! But good news, the original is supposedly back in stock and "going to production". It's 1/21 today and i'm still waiting on my order, i'm not sure it will ever get here. Sene offered me a $20 gift card for a $200+ order that has completely gone off the rails - felt like a token response... TLDR - do not expect your order any time soon, if at all, and do not expect much in terms of communication or recompense. They are nice quality if you ever manage to get them. It looks like they won't post this review to their site either, which isn't a great look.

I love my T-Shirts! They really are exactly as advertised. The custom fit and the quality of the materials is outstanding. Their customer service is excellent. I’ve tried so many different T’s. I’ve spent way more on some that did not hold up in comfort, or survive being washed a few times. Seriously, cotton should not be that difficult to care for. They laundered up like when they arrived. I will be ordering more soon. I haven’t yet, but I will be checking out their other offerings too. I highly recommend these Ts!! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Sene!

There is no way Sene will stay in business with this business model. It’s the absolute worst and not sustainable. They make decent clothes and then sell them how people don’t want to buy. I ordered a suit and 2 camp shirts. I’m 4+ months in and have 1 camp shirt now that finally fits and the other has been “in production” forever. The initial fit on the suit was so bad and I was having such a bad experience with a simple shirt remake I just returned it. Customer support seems overwhelmed and is slow to respond and resolve issues. Worst consumer shopping experience ever. By a mile. Can’t say enough bad things. I’d give them zero stars if I could. Just so bad.

The jeans they sent me were of inferior quality, and the fit was nowhere near what I expected. I asked for a refund and was told, "Sure, no problem." I sent the jeans back according to the instructions, and after weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted customer service about the return. Their response was that they never received the jeans back, and now it is too late for a refund. This company is a complete scam and should be shut down.

After receiving baggy pants, two sizes too big, I took pics, followed their procedure, and received a second pair that's even worse. They're so big, they literally fall down to my ankles when I put them on. I've called 3 times to get a return label, and a kindly voice tells me they can't respond now and to call later. (They do have excellent hold music.) Obviously, they have no intention of honoring their promises. I don't think this is a real company.

I ordered a suit online. When it arrived, the pants and the jacket were too big. When I reached out to Sene About the issues, they immediately responded and gave me instructions on how To proceed forward. Just a few weeks later, I received a suit that met the alterations and it fit perfectly…..thank you !!

Bought two tshirts, one showed up after about a month. The other one didn't show up until I emailed. Quality was OK, not great. Price too high for what you get.

most ridiculous company I've come across. Told the "stylist" about what I like, dimension details of my jacket that fits me well, then 1st suit arrived. 3 sizes off. Sent them pics, told them what's wrong. They then sent 2nd suit. way small and left and right shoulder widths were different. Complained again, they remade another, etc.. this continued about 7 times. Each time it got worse. The problem is they don't listen to what you tell them. Just straight ignore your comments. The person who responds to you via email and the person who decides the design details have basically zero communication. Total waste of money. i hope they continue this practice and bankrupt soon

They have a double request requirement for getting a return label sent out, even though they state they are very open to fixes and returns. I requested in written email that I'd like a return label. Suit needed adjustments but it also has no liner and looks cheap when taken off. They evidently decided to not send the shipping label, but opted to instead, require that I reach out an additional time to request the label. Later they said they refuse the return and they also refused to tailor the garment, so it has basically sat in the bag it came in. Big buyer beware with these guys and their company values seem to not align with what I find important in businesses I give my money and time to.

I’m a big guy and it’s difficult to get a fit that looks right on me. Decided to give Sene a try. They aren’t super fast and I had to do a couple of remakes on my first suit but it ultimately came out fantastic! I now own six of their suits, dress shirts, polos, and t-shirts. They look great and I’ve received more compliments wearing Sene’s clothing than I have in a long time. They aren’t wool so the look is a little “different” but in a good way. I’m an attorney in Florida. I care much more about being comfortable and not sweating. This was one of the best wardrobe decisions I’ve made in years. Thanks, Sene!

Amazing company! Customer service is fantastic! HonestlyI was never into wearing suits until this company came around and made the experiecne so simple and satisfying. I’ve had perfect suits the first time and suits that needed to be remade. Both situations were smooth as ice. Thank you Sene for being a great company that stands behind its products!

I ordered two suits from Sene. Their policy when ordering multiple suits as your first ever order through them is to produce one, send it to you to ensure sizing is good and then begin production on the remaining items. The entire process was seamless and I received my first suit in a timely manner. Happy to say the fit was spot on. Excited to receive my second!

I purchased a jacket and pants from you all with the hopes of falling in love. Sadly, that was far from the case. I understand that the sample sale items are sold "as is," but I was of the understanding that they are also "matched to the closest standard size." I ordered a Sample Soho FlexTech Blazer - Charcoal - Charcoal / 40 and Sample Soho FlexTech Pants - Charcoal - Charcoal / 34 / 30. I was admittedly nervous about the pants (I typically wear a 32, but the 34 was all that was available. These actually turned out great! They're a little large in the waist, but with a belt and a tucked in shirt, I have no problem with them. The jacket is a completely different story. A standard size 40 jacket fits me just right - sleeves, chest, length...perfect. However, the "size 40" I received seems fit for a child. The chest is tiny, the length is barely over my waist, and the sleeves come about half way down my forearms. This is unacceptable, and whomever rated this jacket as a size 40 should be ashamed.
