Would highly recommend. Previously tried a competitive company and had to send back the toners purchased as my HP machine didn't recognize the toner. Was disappointed & was ready to sell the printer as toner was going to be expensive to refill or wouldn't be compatible. This is the first time I used Printzone, so figured I would give them a go. To my surprise, the toner is compatible and the printer now works as it did in the beginning, now with the compatible cost saving ink toners, put a smile back on my face :-)

Service from PrintZone has always been great, but this time they were super-great. Caught with no ink and an urgent project to complete... my online order didn't go in until late afternoon, but all items still arrived next day by courier... and at 8:30am. They must have known something. I was happy and amazed at Printzone's high level of efficiency and excellent prices.

Made a phone enquiry about products, very helpful. Placed an order which turned up long before expected. Found one cartridge had leaked in transit, phoned Printzone to inform the problem. My printer ink that arrived was not compatible with my Epsom 29/29EL ink cartridges. Printzone agreed to send me the correct ink for my printer, if I returned my package. They also said they would not charge a restocking fee. They would however charge for shipping the correct ink.
