Prior to lodging this feedback, I telephoned Printzone and spoke to someone who was most unhelpful and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. Based on this second experience, it is going to be very difficult for me to use or recommend this company again. It is a shame, however poor customer service is not good enough.

Next day delivery when you live 3 hours from Melbourne is almost unheard of. And when I had a problem with a toner cartridge the response exceeded my expectation. Great work guys. Keep it up.
