The product and price were / are great. Can not fault at all. However, I phoned prior to placing my order to confirm that I could request delivery two business days after the order. The gentleman I spoke to was most helpful and confirmed that would be no problem at all providing I put the request in the notes section of my order. I did as he instructed. A couple of hours later I received a tracking number and upon phoning the courier company, discovered the parcel was due for delivery that afternoon in spite of my request. Of course this is great efficiency and one can not fault the speed at which the order was processed. However, my request to have delivery two days later was due to no one being in the office for the next day and a half. I then had to spend quite some time on the phone to the courier company whilst they contacted the driver, attempted to reschedule the delivery etc. So ... if you have a special instructions section on your order, and you instruct someone to put a specific request in there, please adhere to the request.

The website is fairly easy to use, and delivery was quite quick.

First time I have brought through Printzone. Amazing quick delivery, I am in the country and expected to wait to have my items but ordered one morning had them on my door step just after lunch the next day! What a fantastic service. Reliable and fast. It would have been 5 stars if PrintZone used a courier on the Sunshine Coast who delivers at the weekend. Some do! This urgently needed toner arrived at the coast on Friday, probably on Thursday afternoon, and sat there until Monday.
