The order was placed over a week ago, money taken from my bank account immediately but no delivery has been had or any email to say the order was delivered

I asked Becky to personally choose some wine based on my parents favourites (but to find something new), it was gift packaged and had the most wonderful selection. My parents were thrilled! Such an easy process and I appreciated the enthusiasm Becky had for it. Very highly recommended.
