I placed my order from overseas, and was delighted with the level of personal attention that my order was given (and consideration of time differences). I selected three options for a gift, and whilst one wasn't available in the ridiculously short time I had left for this exercise, Becky organised worthy replacements that fitted the theme of the gift perfectly. If Handpicked Wine Box is looking to expand further I would welcome additional customisation options, or a wider range of themed selections—all based on the same high standards of taste.

I simply cannot fault the service or the quality or variety of wine. I made an error with a recent order, putting the wrong delivery address. Not a problem, one quick phone call and Becky fixed it for me. It's so refreshing to be able to quickly speak to the person within a company who can resolve your problem instantly

Brilliant experience with the Handpicked Wine Box from start to finish. I ordered two boxes of the half red selection box for valentines day and it couldn't have been better! Amazing selection of wines, speedy delivery and excellent customer service after I was concerned it wouldn't arrive in time (I had no need to worry!). We look forward to ordering from them again very soon.

I absolutely love having someone else choose my wine and being introduced to something new. Most recently we discovered and loved the Zibibbo in the Pinot Grigio alternatives box. The excellent tasting notes are useful to remind us of what we particularly enjoyed. Gifting is easy too and we were impressed that a prosecco gift order arrived the next working day (NYE!)

Fantastic wine at phenomenal prices We tried the Viñas del Jaro Sembro magnum (dee-lish) and also a few bottles of the Humberto Canale 2017 Malbec (awesome) and were absolutely delighted. Just such high quality wine for the money — I genuinely don't think you'll get better value anywhere else, so we'll be back!

I sent the Bronze Wedding Gift Wine Case and the couple were absolutely delighted with the wines and the tasting notes. Great communication with me too in relation to the order - one wine was out of stock for a week or so and I was offered options to wait for the original wine or opt for a replacement. Handpicked wine box were a pleasure to buy from. They had an excellent choice of wine cases with some great quality (and value) wine. We had a question about the order, and the team were the most helpful, and quickest, I've ever had to deal with. Very easy to use website. I wanted gifts for family for Christmas and found a good choice of two bottle gifts at a very reasonable price. The ability to determine when they should be delivered was a nice touch! Didn’t spend enough to get free delivery however the actual was delivery charge was very reasonable. Overall very impressed!
