Very helpful and clear communication

Most of the it is hard to stream things like YouTube or Netflix or BBC because I have to wait even when barely anyone is using it and I have to use my data and it is not good enough to use for playing video games since there is always a maximum of 9mbps. When I try to call no one ever answers and leaves me a text saying they will call me back later but I never get a phone call back. I regret having this service it is like I am paying money for nothing
