Very dissatisfied had to cancel could not get any sense out of anyone at this company must be on commission to get people to sign up, they told me I had signed up for tree planting @ £3.95 a month then informed me I had to have a sim card which was included in the price,stay away folks not trustworthy

Awful, beyond description, so I am answering the call and the young girl's voice asks about my name, I confirm and she says something about favourable gas and energy rates, I can only imagine how much energy she may use being such a massive pest, seeing as I asked multiple times that I was not interested only to hear that the date I selected was unavailable. Not to mention that when I asked where she got my personal and contact details from I was completely ignored. Utility Discount flagged this review for containing harmful or illegal content- You'd fancy only 5 stars ratings I presume , so let me give you an advice - train your employees to respect people they call/ harass- same thing in this case. I repeat multiple times I'm not interested means I am not interested and if I ask how my phone number has been obtained by you be polite enough to answer, unless momma did not teach you the meaning of the word- politeness, and if you do not value the meaning of that word you should not perceive yourselves as the professional company. Update a day after. Calling even after you have been put on a blocked list ??? I wonder if you'll be trying from a different number. Indeed a PESTS - BIGGEST EVER. PEOPLE BEWARE.

SCAM - I keep getting calls from this business representing themselves as ENERGY TEAM in order to try and cover up their identity while cold calling my personal number. Avoid at all costs.

pure harassment, they say they are one company and then suddenly they are another one, i dont know where they got my number from but they wont stop rining, and when they answer they say we havent got any details for you, when I ask where they got my number from they say must of been a incorrect dial... 14 TIMES????
